Dow Corning 3140 Clear RTV in 30cc
Syringe Barrels
We supply syringe
barrels filled with a variety of specified materials. This syringe
barrel is supplied filled with 30ml of DC 3140 clear RTV with cap
seals top end and tip. Each barrel has a label identifying material,
filling date, batch code and safety information. Receiving your
silicone in pre-filled syringe barrels eliminates costly time spent
transferring from cartridges or squeeze tubes, tins and tubs.
Material waste is eliminated. We supply this material air-free in ready to
dispense industrial grade dispensing syringes. |

A filled 30cc size syringe
barrel containing Dow Corning 3140 clear RTV silicone. Syringe includes
tip cap, end cap and wiper piston. Ready for use on air powered
dispenser or syringe gun. Supplied with product Technical Data Sheet
(TDS),
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and
label identifying material, shelf life and batch code.
Supplied in sealed packs of 10. DC 3140 is a one-part flow-able silicone
coating and adhesive designed to provide long term coating against moisture and
atmospheric contaminants, especially where a solvent free RTV product is
required. Syringe barrels are industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi.
Filled syringe barrels
eliminate waste associated with toothpaste tubes and are easier to handle
than large 310ml cartridges. Syringe caps are supplied for re-sealing
the barrel after use. Save on labour time and
eliminate costly material waste by receiving pre-filled syringe barrels with RTV.
Use these 30cc filled syringe barrels with our SyringeGun,
Hand Plunger or TS250
air powered dispenser.
