performance syringe
barrels that are manufactured to the very highest possible quality
delivering exceptional performance and consistency. From moulding to
packaging, barrels are guaranteed to be free of silicone
contaminants and imperfections and are suitable for dispensing most
fluids. |
Premier dispensing syringe barrels
are silicone and chloride- free and designed to work with industry
standard equipment including syringe guns and air-powered dispensers. The syringe barrels are made from low friction
polypropylene to ensure accuracy, repeatability and productivity.
Features a double Helix Luer lock for secure dispense tip attachment.
Available in 3 colours: Natural (clear) for most generic applications, Amber
provides protection of UV/visible light block (up to 520nm), but with
the ability to see material inside the syringe barrel, and Black for
total light block. Maximum operating pressure 100 psi is (6.9bar).
Supplied in bulk packs of 1000.
Pistons available for all barrel sizes as well as
end caps and adapter
assemblies.

are shipped in the UK by a courier on a next day tracked and

Typical Uses |
|
|
Syringe barrels are designed for use with
pneumatic dispensing equipment or syringe guns. They are thick walled
with wide flanges and so designed for high pressures. The internal bore
is zero draft meaning there is no taper. This ensures the wiper piston
inside moves down without restriction to improve dispense performance.
Use these barrels with pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs,
silicones, PVAs, inks and gels. This range have luer lock ends for twist
on tip attachment. Use black barrels for UV cure adhesives, amber
barrels for UV sensitive adhesives and clear barrels for all other
liquids.
