barrels are manufactured to the very highest possible quality
for delivering exceptional dispensing performance and consistency. From moulding to
packaging, barrels are guaranteed to be free of silicone
contaminants and imperfections.
The 700 Series Premier
dispensing syringe barrels are silicone and chloride-
free and designed to work with industry standard
dispensing equipment - either manually or on a pneumatic
dispenser.
The syringe barrels are made from low friction
polypropylene to ensure accuracy, repeatability and
productivity. Features a double Helix Luer lock for
secure dispense tip attachment. Natural (clear) for most
generic applications. Maximum operating pressure is 100
psi (6.9bar). Pistons available for all barrel sizes as
well as end caps and adapter assemblies.
Barrels are attached to the
adapter assembly air hose or syringe gun using wide
flanges. This ensures the barrel does not break free or
leak air at pressures up to 100 psi. Barrel walls are
taper free so wiper pistons do not stick as they move
down.
All products shipped are in sealed boxes or packs that
include label with batch codes.

Barrels are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment or
manual; plungers. They are thick walled with wide flanges and designed
for high pressure. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no
taper. This ensures the wiper piston inside moves down without
restriction to improve performance. For pastes, adhesives, solvents,
epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks & gels. This range have luer lock
ends for twist on tip attachment.
