Offering the widest
range of dispensing tips for use with syringe barrels, dispense
bottles, dispense valves and robots. All tips are industrial grade
safe for use to 100 psi air pressures and are certified
silicone-free. Luer lock secure attachment for leak free dispensing.
Blunt end aluminium needle tips 1" long in 14 gauge burr free
precision tube. 0.060" ID, 0.080" OD.
Precision aluminium hubs to burr-free stainless steel shafts.
This tip suits the most aggressive of fluids, chemicals,
solvents and many adhesives and gels. Tips are silver colour.

Standard luer lock twist fit hub for leak free attachment to all
syringes or valves. Supplied in a sealed pack of 50 tips or bulk
packs of 500. This tip features a metal hub to shaft so is more robust
when dispensing fluids such as solvents or solvent based glues. Suitable for use with syringe barrels, cartridges (using
TSD931-7 adapter) and with all metering
valves.

All tips are supplied in sealed and labelled
packaging with part numbers and batch codes. We
ship these products to customers around the
world direct from our UK warehouse using fast
and tracked courier services. We hold large
stocks of dispensing components.
A luer lock (or luer-lok) tip
twists-on or twists-off the syringe barrel or fitting.
It provides a secure and leak-free attachment even under
high air pressures.
A luer slip syringe allows
the tip to be pushed on and so is more commonly found on
manual type syringes that are not used with air
pressure.
When dispensing using a pneumatic type
liquid dispenser, always use luer lock tips with luer
lock barrels. Our components are safe for use to 100 psi
pressure and will not come off during use.
Tips
can be easily removed at the end of a shift where a luer
lock tip cap is used to seal the barrel.
Prices are
in UK pounds. Vat is not charged on orders placed outside the EU
and any EU orders are exempt from VAT only if a valid company VAT number is
provided to us at time of order or before shipping. Products are covered by a 12-month warranty against
faults and malfunction.
