We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. Whether your item has developed a fault or is damaged, we will ensure the process is quick and efficient.

Please call us on +44 (0) 1908 686660 to obtain an RMA (returns authority reference). To speed up the process, please have your order number reference to hand. 

Discounted ex-demo or used, sold as seen or limited / zero warranty products or custom made products (where specified) cannot be returned. 

In accordance with distance selling regulations for products purchased online, customers have 7 working days from the date of delivery to return products.  However, products must be returned unopened, in the original packaging and undamaged for a refund. We cannot accept any products back that have been used unless faulty within warranty or reported damaged on delivery within 7 days.

For faulty items or those damaged upon receipt, please call +44 (0) 845 652 0058 and we will arrange for them to be replaced once the items are received back to us for inspection.

Product Shipments

Unless a different delivery service is selected, we ship orders using a tracked and signed-for courier. For the UK, most products are shipped using TNT or DHL.  For Europe, we use TNT, DHL or FedEx.  For the rest of the world, we ship using TNT, DHL or FedEx. It is possible to collect your products from us once pre-arranged and available.  We can also arrange to ship orders on our customers own courier accounts.

UK shipments are the mainland 24 Hour next business day service. Cost is from around £7.00 to £18.00 depending on the products ordered. Europe prices range from around £18.00 to £50.00 depending on destination and product weights.  For the rest of the world, prices vary greatly based on country and products. Please call us for a quotation if required. Our shipping charges are very competitive and of course we have no minmum order value.

Once products leave us, we email a tracking code and link to the shipment website. We aim to get all parts, equipment and components to our customers quickly so if you have any questions regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
