Pneumatic Cartridge Gun for Epoxy Dispensing |

Cartridge gun dispensers are designed for the controlled
application of two component materials direct from 50ml 10:1 ratio
roundback or oval shaped 2K cartridges. This gun includes an easy to use adjustable
regulator to ensure a consistent flow of adhesive and fast air
release. This is rod driven so provides a very controlled pressure
on the dual pistons in the cartridge. |

For adhesives which are supplied
in 10:1 Ratio, Roundback/ Oval Shape, S-Type (Corian) 50ml two part
cartridges. Where the adhesive is pushed through a static mixing nozzle. The
lightweight portability and durable construction of the pneumatic guns make
them well suited for many assembly operations in various markets such as
aerospace, electronics, construction and automotive.
Features an
adjustable flow control. Supplied with user guide and warranty card.
This gun will handle 50ml 10:1 ratio Roundback cartridges. Ideal for use
with prefilled adhesive cartridges. This gun uses metal rods that push down
into the cartridge pistons to provide an even flow. An adjustable wheel to
set the flow rate. These items are held in stock.
Adhesive Dispensing

assembly fluids - from watery liquids, solvents, primers and activators
through to thick pastes, sealants, silicones, gels and epoxies.
