Polyurethane Plastic Repair EP2005

We supply quality industrial grade adhesives and epoxies. This is a high performance fast setting Polyurethane resin suitable for many applications including repairs and assembly. All adhesives are supplied with a Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). This product is supplied in a sealed pack and the material has a long shelf life.

EP2005 semi rigid is a two component room temperature rapid curing, black coloured, oderless, tixatropic polyurethane adhesive mainly orientated to auto body shop and makes possible fast and easy repairs on most plastic parts. These include bumpers, lights, front grills, indicators, side protection in fact any rigid plastic part.

Suitable substrates are all thermosetting plastics and most thermoplastic such as ABS, PC, PPO, PP, EPDM & SAN. It has good adhesion to many different materials such as wood, concrete, ceramics and glass. So it has many applications beyond auto body repair.
