plungers are industrial grade
safe and are certified
silicone-free. Plungers ensure liquids and pastes are dispensed from
the cartridge without waste or mess.
Disposable plungers are for use with dispensing cartridges. The
plunger is inserted into the cartridge once filled and moves down
the inner walls under pressure to ensure all liquid material is
dispensed without waste. Plungers can be used at pressures up to
100psi, for example when used with a pneumatic cartridge gun system.
Select plunger size to suit the cartridge size.
All plungers
are industry compliant silicone and chloride free, low friction
polyethylene. Available in different colours and supplied in sealed
packs.
** New TS1WP-RIB plungers have a single rear wiper blade and rib
vents to improve insertion into the cartridge and a less restrictive
wiper action under pressure. Easy to insert into the cartridge. The
close tolerance design allows this plunger to move both ways and so
reduces the affects of trapped air. In stock now.

Cartridge
tip caps thread (1/4" NPT) to the nozzle end of the cartridge.
Cartridge end caps clip onto the top end (flange) of the
cartridge. All caps are reusable.
