Precision dispensing
needle tips for applying most adhesives, solvents, gels, pastes and
glues. Attach to syringes, bottles and fittings. A luer lock hub
twists or pushes onto most syringes for a leak free and secure connection even
under high pressure. These general purpose tips have a colour coded
luer lock plastic hub that is epoxy bonded to a stainless steel tube
in lengths of 0.50 Inch and 1.00 Inch.
The SE series consist of a stainles-steel
tube shaft with a luer lock colour coded polypropylene hub. This line of
dispensing needles is burr-free, and electo-polished shaft for
unobstructed and consistent material flow. Designed to dispense most
viscosity fluids and adhesives. These tips are epoxy bonded from the
metal shaft tube to the plastic hub.
All needle tips are safe
to use up to 100 psi air pressure. They are supplied
in bulk packs of 1000 tips. Suitable for use with
all syringe barrels and dispense bottles including luer lock (twist on) and luer
slip (push on) types for both pneumatic and manual
dispensing.

Silicone-free plastics ensure sensitive or specialist adhesives
applied using these parts will not become contaminated in use.
