Our precision
components provide safe and leak free fluid dispensing from syringe barrels.
These pistons have flat sides with no wiper blades and are designed
for use with stringy and viscous pastes and gels. |

Pistons ensure that the
pressure is evenly spread across the fluid surface to provide consistent
dispensing. Wiper seal pistons prevent dripping and eliminate material
waste by wiping the syringe barrel wall clean as fluid is dispensed.
Maximum operating pressure is 100psi (6.9bar).
Straight Wall
Pistons (red) are recommended for reduced stringing and bouncing with
high viscosity products. Supplied in sealed packs of 50, 500 or bulk
packs of 1000.
All products shipped are in sealed boxes or packs
that include label with batch codes. These parts ship direct from stock
using tracked couriers.

Typical Applications:-
Barrels and pistons are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment
or syringe guns. They are thick walled with wide flanges and designed
for high pressure. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no
taper. This ensures the wiper piston inside moves down without
restriction to improve performance. For pastes, adhesives, solvents,
epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks & gels. This range have luer lock
ends for twist on tip attachment. |
