Analog Timed Pneumatic Barrel Dispenser

Bench top dispensing system for the controlled application of most watery liquids to thick pastes. Analog adjustable timer with adjustable air regulator and a vacuum suck back to prevent drips. Make controlled beads and repeat shots of most liquids using electric foot pedal or electric finger switch - both are supplied.

The ADL100 is a cost-effective timed liquid dispenser. It will apply most fluids and thick pastes - with repeat deposits using the adjustable timer or controlled beads when the timer is switched off. An adjustable vacuum suck-back prevents thinner liquids from dripping.

Its simplified construction and operation makes it easy for anyone that has never used a pneumatic dispenser before. The unit allows repeat deposits or beads of RTVs, silicones, solder pastes, glues, UV cure, pastes, grease, primers, adhesives, epoxies and much more. Sits neatly on any work bench.

Supplied complete with starter kit of 30cc barrels with wiper pistons, tip caps, barrel end caps, tip kit, barrel adapter assembly hose, electric foot switch, power cord, airline hose, syringe stand, instruction guide and manuals.

Items are shipped in the UK by a courier on a next day tracked and insured service for all items that are available from stock. Items on a lead time will be shipped as soon as they are available.

Dispensers will handle all viscosity liquids from thin solvents to thick pastes. Customers use these systems for a wide range of dispense projects. Common applications include solder paste, fluxes, silicones, gels, UV cure, Cyanoacrylate & more.

Dispensers require clean and dry compressed air from most small compressors, a mains factory air supply or nitrogen. We recommend the use of a 5 micron air filter on the supply air into the dispenser. This will reduce oil, moisture and particles from the air.

No other maintenance is required as the dispenser applies liquid direct from a syringe barrel without being in direct contact with it. Syringe barrels and dispense tips are all disposable.
