The TS9150 is a high quality
timed liquid dispenser. It will apply watery liquids to thick pastes by
simply adjusting the air pressure gauge - with repeat deposits using the
adjustable timer or controlled beads when the timer is switched off. An
adjustable vacuum suck-back prevents any watery liquids from dripping.
Its simplified design and operation makes it easy for anyone that has
never used a pneumatic dispenser before. The unit allows repeat deposits or
beads of RTVs, silicones, solder pastes, glues, UV cure, pastes, grease,
primers, adhesives, epoxies and much more. Sits neatly on any work bench.
Options for using barrel sizes from 3cc to 55cc.
Supplied complete
with starter kit of 30cc barrels with wiper pistons, tip caps, barrel end
caps, full tip kit, barrel adapter assembly hose, electric foot switch,
power cord, airline hose, syringe stand, instruction guide and manuals.

Dispensers require
clean and dry compressed air from most small compressors, a mains
factory air supply or nitrogen. We recommend the use of a 5 micron air
filter on the supply air into the dispenser. This will reduce oil,
moisture and particles from the air.
No other maintenance is required as
the dispenser applies liquid direct from a syringe barrel without being
in direct contact with it. Syringe barrels and dispense tips are all
disposable.
