High density dual component dispense cartridges for two part
adhesives, epoxies, silicones and other fluids. All sets are
supplied with matching pistons and a tip cap ready for filling and
dispensing. Use with our range of manual and pneumatic cartridges
guns. Industrial grade and silicone free.
The dual
system 75ml size with 1:1 mix ratio by volume. Materials are stored
in the two chambers of the dual cartridge system and are then
dispensed simultaneously into the static mixer, where dynamic mixing
takes place. Use these products with 2-part epoxies, resins,
sealants, silcones & polyurethanes.
This cartridge is
manufactured in polypro. The kits come with the following parts:
- 50 x Cartridge 1:1 with total capacity of 75ml max. - 100
x Pair vented pistons with air cap seal. - 50 x Dust tip cap.
The static mixer nozzles are available in different diameters
with different volumes and a variety of mixing elements. One of the
main benefits of the system is that not all of the contents of the
cartridge have to be mixed at a time. When use has stopped, the
nozzle is removed for disposal and the cartridge can be closed and
stored for further use, without the material curing.
Standard air-bleed pistons are shipped with this cartridge system
allowing for use with most two component materials. These dual
cartridge products are compatible with either
manual or
pneumatic dual cartridge
guns.
All products shipped are in sealed boxes or packs
that
include label with batch codes.

Mixer Cartridges
75ml 1:1 Ratio Dual Cartridge Accessories
When selecting a mixer nozzle, consider the viscosity
of the 2-part adhesive, epoxy, sealant or silicone.
For watery liquids, use a small diameter mixer. For pastes or gels,
use a larger diameter mixer. And for materials that require little
mixing, choose a mixer with less elements. For materials that
require a lot of mixing, choose more elements on your mixer which
will be longer. All mixers below work with 1:1 mix ratios.
