Dual cartridges for use
with 2-part epoxies, polyurethanes, potting
compounds, silicones and other mixed materials. In 1:1, 2:1,
4:1 and 10:1 ratio by volume. Available with
vented air pistons or rubber seal pistons. We supply
in sealed
packaging with detailed product labels and batch codes.
These cartridges and mix nozzles are for use with
manual, pneumatic or battery powered applicator guns
and we hold all applicators in stock. Maximum
pressure for 2K parts is 100 PSI. Commodity Code

static mixer for 50ml and 75ml dual cartridges. Stepped,
tapered, straight or luer material outlet options.
These mixer nozzles are suitable for all two-component materials from
small dual cartridges.
They are constructed of high grade
polypropylene.
All items are industrial grade safe and silicone free.
Select MA mixers for 1:1/2:1 ratio cartridges (white elements) or
MAHX below for 4:1/ 10:1 ratio cartridges

Our range of applicator guns for use with 50ml and
75ml dual cartridges in mix ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:1
and 10:1. Choose from hand operated manual guns for
ease of mobility, lower volume production, repairs
or rework. Or pneumatic operated applicator guns
that worked from a compressed air supply and handle
higher viscosity materials. New cordless battery
rechargeable guns works anywhere and provide lots of
torque for handling materials with adjustable speed
control.

Pneumatic Rod Driven 50ml Retainers |
|
Use our pneumatic operated
dispensing systems with most air-powered benchtop
dispenser that have a vacuum suck-back. The air hose
connects to the same dispenser type that would normally
operate a syringe barrel. This system allows users
to make precise and repeat shots of 2-part epoxies,
polyurethanes and other materials direct from the
50ml tubes.
