Dual Cartridges for Two-Component Epoxy Dispensing
 
High density dual component dispense cartridges for two part adhesives, epoxies, silicones and other fluids. All sets are supplied with matching pistons and a tip cap ready for filling and dispensing. Use with our range of manual and pneumatic cartridges guns. Industrial grade and silicone free. F-system have a locking cap nozzle attachment. Sizes are 200ml or 400ml.
 
112390 Sulzer Mixpac Dual 2K Cartridge System  

Polypropylene cartridges for two component material mixing and accurate dispensing. Compatible with industry standard manual, pneumatic and battery applicator guns. Each cartridge set includes the cartridge, piston and tip cap seal.

Supplied in packs ready for filling with most two part epoxies, silicone, polyurethanes, compounds or many other materials. The main resin (part A) is fed separately from the catalyst (part B) and they leave the cartridge to blend in the static mixer nozzle.

Cartridges with material left in and not empty can be simply capped off ready for use with a new mixer nozzle.

Cartridges are available in mix ratio's 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 by volume. Products are industrial grade safe to 100 psi pressure and are certified silicone-free plastics.

Guns are available for all size cartridges either in manual, pneumatic and now battery versions. All products are supplied in sealed packs with labels and batch codes.
