Precision tips are suitable for use with most adhesives, solvents,
pastes, gels, silicones and other assembly fluids. This kit is in a
presentation case and comes with a selection of dispensing tips.
TN00DKIT is
a tip kit selection of 145 assorted dispensing tips include the blunt end, the blunt end
angled general purpose dispensing tips, and
the TTN taper tips and tip caps. Includes selection of Teflon
Lined tips, 45 and 90 degree bend tips. Each tray receptacle
comes with five samples of each product.
Dual level
plastic box with printed card for easy product identification.
All tips feature double helix locking thread for safety and are
safe to use to 100 psi. Hubs are colour filtered plastic for UV
protection. All components are silicone and chloride free.
All products shipped are in sealed boxes or packs
that
include label with batch codes.

Typical Applications:-
Barrels are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment. They are thick walled with
threaded connection and designed
for high pressure. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no
taper. This ensures the wiper piston inside moves freely down without
restriction to improve performance. Use with pastes, adhesives, solvents,
epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks & gels. This range have luer lock
ends for twist on tip attachment.
