These crimped tips have a colour coded luer lock plastic hub that is
crimped to a stainless steel tube. Ideal for solvents and UV cure
glue.
The TES
Series dispensing tips offer a variety of dispensing performance and
flexibility options. Stainless steel tubing is cut to precise lengths
and ground to be burr-free. Cut tubing is crimped into aluminium locking
insert, then moulded into polyethylene hubs. Moulded hub colours
correspond to gauge size. Products ship direct from stock.
All TES Series tips secure to syringe barrels
and correspond to the double helix luer lock specification.
Plastic crimped hubs are ideal for use with solvents and
solvent based glues.
All
needle tips are safe to use up to 100 psi air
pressure. They are supplied in standard packs of 50
or in bulk packs of 1000 tips. Suitable for use with
all syringe barrels and dispense bottles including luer lock (twist on) and luer
slip (push on) types for both pneumatic and manual
dispensing.

Silicone-free plastics ensure sensitive or specialist adhesives
